What a bonus listing can and cannot tell you, who stands behind the site and where its duty ends.

Read this page before you lean on anything printed at topbonuses.org. It covers bonus tables, casino profiles, banking and pokies guides and news alike. Top Bonuses is put out by Ottoreef Digital FZ-LLC (Building 14, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), and the limits described here are the conditions on which the company lets you use its pages.

We compare offers; we are not a casino

Our job is narrow. We gather the sign-up deals advertised to Australians by overseas online casinos and line them up so the numbers can be weighed against each other. There is no cashier on topbonuses.org, no account to open and no game to spin. Ottoreef Digital holds no gambling permit anywhere and never touches a cent of player money. When you register at a casino, the agreement is struck between you and that operator, and Top Bonuses stands outside it.

Standing outside it has a consequence: we have no lever to pull on a casino. We cannot cancel a deposit, release a frozen balance, speed up a withdrawal or rule on a dispute. Those questions go to the operator first; after that, to whichever authority (if any) granted its permit.

Every bonus figure is a snapshot

A headline such as a four-deposit package with a few hundred free spins records what the casino advertised to Australian sign-ups on the day printed beside it. Treat it as a photograph of that day. Operators reshuffle their promotions constantly, some of them every couple of weeks, and the wording on the casino's own promotions page on the day you join is the only version the casino is bound by.

Below is a rough guide to where each part of a listing is sourced and how fast it goes stale.

On the listingWhere we got itHow it drifts
Package size and free spinsThe operator's Australian offer page, cross-checked against other comparison sites quoting the same dealAmounts, how many deposits are covered, value per spin
Wagering and minimum depositThe casino's published bonus rulesMultiplier, which games count, deadline
Banking methods and AUD walletThe cashier screen and banking page of the casinoMethods come and go, limits, fees
Launch year and claimed licenceThe operator's description of itselfOwners change, permits lapse

The fine print sets the real value

Two deals with an identical headline can end up miles apart once the conditions bite. A steeper playthrough multiplier, a ceiling on how much bonus-derived winnings may be cashed out, a stake limit per spin while bonus funds are live, pokies or table games that contribute only part of each bet, or a seven-day deadline can each cut an offer down to a sliver of its advertised size. We print the core conditions we were able to confirm. Whether a deal fits your bankroll is yours to judge. Open the operator's full promotion rules before ticking the opt-in box, and keep in mind that turning a bonus down is usually allowed and sometimes the smarter move.

Online casinos and Australian law

The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes the offering of online casino games, online pokies included, to people physically in Australia a federal offence. No state or federal body licenses that activity, which means not one of the casinos on Top Bonuses carries an Australian licence. The law is written against the suppliers of those games rather than their customers. ACMA, the federal media and communications regulator, polices it and regularly asks internet providers to block offshore gambling addresses.

In plain terms, an operator based overseas is beyond the reach of Australian gambling regulators and consumer agencies, so a dispute with it has no local referee. Whether to sign up anyway, knowing that, is a decision only you can make. Never route around a block or a country restriction with a VPN, a mirror domain or somebody else's identity documents: casino rules forbid it, and operators that catch it routinely shut the account and confiscate whatever is in it.

A licence claim is the casino talking

If a profile names a licence, it passes on the operator's own claim or an entry in an outside directory. When we could not match the claim to a public record, the profile says it is unconfirmed. Holding a permit from Curaçao, Anjouan or elsewhere does not put Australian customers under that regulator's watch, and permits can be suspended or cancelled after our last look. If it matters to you, search the register kept by the authority the casino names.

Casinos pay us, and that shapes the lists

Several of the operators listed here pay Top Bonuses. Tap a "Get bonus" button, register, and the casino may log a referral fee in our favour. Those deals feed into which brands get a spot and how high they sit. They never alter the numbers: no operator can buy a rosier wagering figure. The whole set-up is laid out on our bonus commissions page.

Money in, money out

Our banking guides describe POLi, Neosurf, Flexepin, CashtoCode, MiFinity, Bitcoin and similar options the way each casino presents them. The casino and the payment firm decide fees, caps, processing times and exchange rates, and they revise them whenever they like. If your casino wallet runs in euros, US dollars or crypto rather than AUD, conversion costs bite twice, at deposit and at cash-out. A coin can lose a big slice of its value between those two dates. None of our guides should be read as advice on money, tax or law.

Clicking out to other sites

Plenty of our pages send you onward: to operators, payment firms, ACMA and support lines. The moment you land on one of them, its owner's rules and data practices apply, not ours. A link from us vouches for nothing: not trustworthiness, not legality for you, not even that the site still loads.

News stories and how-to guides

News items and game explainers describe things as they stood on their publication date. Older stories can describe deals and rules that are long gone. Tell us about an error and we will fix it, but the archive is not rewritten each time the market shifts.

Who owns the words and images

The writing and design of Top Bonuses are the property of Ottoreef Digital FZ-LLC. A brief quotation with a link to its source page is welcome; lifting whole tables or profiles is not. Casino names and logos stay the trade marks of the brands concerned and appear only so it is clear which one a sentence is about. Each photo carries a credit line naming its author and licence.

Strictly 18+

Gambling is an adult activity. Australian law sets the minimum age at 18, and every casino on our lists applies that age or an older one. Nothing here is aimed at minors.

If the fun stops

Welcome offers exist to stretch out your sessions. Chasing losses, betting past the limit you set, or feeling you must grab the next reload are all signals to step back and talk it over. Free, confidential counselling from Gambling Help Online is a call away on 1800 858 858, day and night. BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, covers licensed Australian wagering firms only; overseas casinos are not on it, so ask each one you use to apply a limit or close your account directly. Our responsible gambling page lists more options.

Where our responsibility stops

We check figures carefully, yet we cannot guarantee that each page is complete, up to date and error-free at every moment. Within whatever bounds the law sets, Ottoreef Digital FZ-LLC and the writers of Top Bonuses accept no liability for loss flowing from reliance on these pages, from a casino's conduct, from a payment going astray or from the site being offline for a spell. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, along with any protection a contract may not strip away, stay fully in place.

Revisions

We rework this text as the site evolves or the legal picture moves. Whatever version appears here when you visit is the one in force; the "Checked" date in the header tells you when it was last reviewed.
