These rules govern every visit to topbonuses.org. They are deliberately brief. Browsing on means you accept them, and a reader who disagrees is free to go elsewhere.
What we provide
A free comparison of casino welcome deals, free spins and payment options for players in Australia, plus guides and news on the same subject. Top Bonuses supplies information only. No games are hosted, no bets taken and no player accounts kept.
Eligibility
Top Bonuses is meant for adults (18 or older). The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 restricts online casino services in Australia, and staying on the right side of whatever rules cover you is down to you. A profile on our pages is not a green light to play.
Casino offers
Each casino writes and changes its own promotions, and its terms decide what you actually receive. Our summaries may lag behind or leave things out, so read the original before depositing. The disclaimer covers the limits of our information in detail.
Paid links
We earn a fee from some casinos when readers sign up through our buttons. The bonus commissions page explains the arrangement.
Reusing our material
Reading, printing and sharing pages for personal purposes is no problem; nor is quoting a couple of sentences together with a link to the original. Bulk copying of tables, profiles or photos, scraping the site with bots, and claiming our work as your own are off limits.
No warranty
The site comes as it is, and we make no promise that it is flawless or always reachable. To the extent Australian law allows, Ottoreef Digital carries no responsibility for loss tied to your visits here or to any operator you came across through us. This sentence leaves your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law exactly where they were.
Third-party sites
External sites we link to, casinos and payment firms among them, are run by others, and their content, rules and conduct are their own concern.
Data and cookies
The privacy and data page lists our server logs and the four cookies, with their lifetimes.
Support with gambling harm
Gambling Help Online can be reached on 1800 858 858, day or night. Further services appear on our responsible gambling page.
Updates
These rules may be revised. The text shown here applies from the "Checked" date in the header.
